Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact our customer service department at costomerservice@lawenforcementtacticalgear.com for assistance.
Returns
When returning any part of your order, please contact our customer service department at costomerservice@lawenforcementtacticalgear.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. If you will be returning a package, you can print out and fill in the Instructions For Returning Merchandise Form to enclose in the package. Carefully repackage the merchandise using the original packing material if possible to prevent damage in transit. All items that are returned should be in the same condition as when delivered. Please insure the returning package for the full value of the product and keep all your postal and insurance receipts.
IMPORTANT
Custom-made items (Badges, Lettering, Certain Clothing, etc.) may not be returned unless the error was clearly ours. We will do our best to allow you to receive the maximum value if you decide to have these custom-made items re-worked, repaired, or replaced.
