How can I check the status of an order?
Contact us at customerservice@lawenforcementtacticalgear.com or call our Toll-Free number at 855-502-7961 to request the status of an existing order. Be sure to include your internet order number and/or other pertinent order information.
How do I return an item?

What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens and will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem. Please follow the instructions under Returns in the Our Services tab.
I can't find the product I'm looking for?
Please contact us at customerservice@lawenforcementtacticalgear.com or call our Toll-Free number at 855-502-7961 if you wish to order a product not found on our website, and we will try to acquire the product for you. We will contact you with the necessary information regarding the availability of the item requested in a timely manner.
I want to change or cancel an order I've already placed online?
Please contact us immediately at customerservice@lawenforcementtacticalgear.com or call our Toll-Free number at 855-502-7961. We will do our best to accommodate changes desired but may not be able to do so if your order has already been processed.
Do I need my Law Enforcement Tactical Gear dot COM account number to order online?
No. You can place an order over the phone without registering a LETG account online.
How do I set up an account?

Is there a restocking or other return fee?
We order your products from various distributors in an effort to get you the best price and most dependable availability. As a result, some of our distributors do charge a non-defective merchandise restocking fee on items returned for any reason other than a miss-shipment of product. Some of these restocking fee are up to 20%, and must be returned in original condition and packaging and within 15 days of the shipping date. If the item is not as advertised on our website, it is because the item was mis-represented by our distributor. If that is the case, contact us directly and we will ensure the customer receives what was intended. |
